Mathey Dearman Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machines

Mathey Dearman manufactures the only pipe cutting and beveling machine utilizing a one piece solid cast aluminum saddle. The precision machines saddle, cap ring and ring gear assemblies allow for smooth torch travel around the pipe. A wide range of attachments and accessories are available for Mathey Dearman's Saddle Machines, making them the most versatile pipe cutting and beveling systems on the market.

Magna Cut

Introducing the world’s first permanently magnetic pipe and plate cutting machine with a remote-controlled torch arm for pinpoint adjustments!

Moves around pipe or across plate at up to 35 inches per minute!

Short Saddle Machines

Mathey Dearman manufactures a one-piece Short Saddle Machines using years of collective experience and end-user input. Complete cuts and bevels on any pipe from 1.5 to 48 inches (38 to 1,219 mm) in just minutes.
	Short Saddle Machines slide over existing pipes and cut using an oxy-fuel or plasma torch (not included). Clip the Boomer Assembly, light the torch, and you’re ready to cut. Operate the machine by hand crank or use one of our convenient electric or pneumatic motors.
A full line of attachments and accessories is available for your specific cutting and beveling needs.

Chain Clamps

Mathey Dearman manufactures a complete line of Chain Clamps for easy, precise fitups and reforming on pipe from 1 - 54 inches. The Original Dearman series is designed for heavy-duty applications and reforming. The new Dearman Light series is Mathey Dearman's answer to its customers' requests for a series of Chain Clamps specifically designed for lighter-weight applications.

The Dearman Light series has the same excellent quality users have always expected from any Dearman clamp, but is easier to transport, less expensive, and limited reforming capability compared to the original Dearman Chain Clamp.

Hot Box Ovens

Mathey Dearman and its Italian-based affiliate C.I.A. Mathey Italiana introduce the "Hot Box" line of electrode drying and keeping ovens! The ovens assist in preventing humidity from adversely affecting the weld and are ideal for use in harsh climates.

Ovens range in load capacity from 18 lbs to almost 1500 lbs!
